01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using playeronesportmedia.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, athletes, and users who access our platform.
PlayerOne Sports Media provides an end-to-end NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) monetization platform for athletes, giving each athlete their own storefront to sell custom merchandise and earn commission on every sale.
02 Intellectual Property
Athletes retain all rights to their pre-existing Name, Image, and Likeness. By joining the platform, you grant PlayerOne Sports Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your NIL assets for the purpose of producing, marketing, and selling custom merchandise on your behalf through your storefront.
All designs created by PlayerOne Sports Media, along with our website content and underlying technology, remain the exclusive property of PlayerOne Sports Media and its licensors.
03 Commissions & Payouts
Athletes earn commission on every sale made through their storefront. Commission rates increase as your storefront reaches specific sales milestones — full details of the current milestone tiers and commission structure are available on our Milestones page.
Payouts are processed on a regular basis using the payout method selected in your athlete dashboard.
04 Storefront Policy
New athlete storefronts remain active for an initial period of 45 days. Reaching 3 or more lifetime sales during that time unlocks permanent, indefinite active status for your storefront.
Storefronts that do not reach this threshold within the initial 45-day period may be subject to deactivation or removal from the public athlete directory at our discretion.
