REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Every item sold through PlayerOne Sports Media is produced on demand, specifically for your order. We don’t hold inventory, and nothing is pre-made or restocked. Because of that, our refund and return process works a little differently than a typical retail store.
01 Returns
Since every product is printed and produced individually for a specific customer at the time of order, we are not able to accept returns. Once an item has been made, it cannot be restocked, reused, or resold to another customer — it exists only because you ordered it.
This means we do not accept returns for reasons related to customer preference, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after placing an order
- Ordering the wrong size or color
- Ordering the wrong product
- Any other error made during checkout on the customer’s part
02 Refunds
Refunds are handled the same way. Because our products are made to order, we’re not able to offer refunds for orders affected by customer error — the same situations listed above under Returns also apply here.
That said, if something goes wrong on our end — a production mistake, the wrong item shipped, or a printing error — that’s on us, and we’ll make it right. In that case, you can choose between:
- A replacement of your item, produced and shipped again at no cost to you, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
03 Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photos of the packaging it arrived in, if the damage appears shipping-related
- Your order number
Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. Claims submitted after 7 days, or without photo evidence, may not be eligible for a replacement or refund, so please reach out as soon as you notice an issue.
